Jackie’s transactional practice focuses on general corporate matters for private companies of all industries and sizes, and her work includes corporate creation and maintenance, financing, negotiation of commercial contracts, and other corporate lifecycle matters. Jackie also has experience in commercial real estate transactions, including leases, subleases, and commercial and residential property purchases.
Jackie’s dynamic mergers and acquisitions practice has allowed her to assist many companies in the purchase or sale of their privately-owned businesses, including financing of such transactions. In addition, Jackie has extensive experience in the beer, wine and spirits industry, where she has represented manufacturers and distributors with respect to acquisition and transfer of distribution rights, negotiation of distribution agreements, and federal and state licensing matters.
Jackie is originally from Northwest Indiana and graduated from DePauw University in 2007 where she received a B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Economics. She earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2010. After law school, Jackie worked at Lewis Rice, LLC where she focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions, transactional corporate law, and commercial real estate.
